Nicole's online classes are fantastic for my busy work schedule as a GP. Nicole's outstanding grasp of anatomy and biomechanics not only helps strengthen my body and get my stiff body moving better, it has fixed my neck and back pain. She also has an uncanny knack of knowing what you are going to do wrong even when she can't see you, so manages to correct your postures and prevent you injuring yourself. Highly Recommended!” - Sharyn, GP"},"tunes":{"alignmentTuneTool":{"alignment":"left"}}},{"id":"8Avbufi79b","type":"paragraph","data":{"text":"\"It's not just poses or exercises. Nic is fabulous at guiding me into my body and feeling it where I need to be to become stronger, or more relaxed, to be safe....with her knowledge of where and how to breathe it becomes a deeper practice into me, how I am feeling, who I am, what's important and what it is I'm creating.
